It depends on scope. Every project gets a fixed-fee proposal after the discovery call — no surprise invoices, no mystery hourly billing.
Small projects (resume, single SOP) — one to two weeks. Larger engagements (full systems buildout, rebrand) — four to eight weeks. Timelines are locked in the proposal.
Yes — most work is done remotely with regular video check-ins. In-person is available for local clients and notary services.
